Products and orders
Product photographs and descriptions are prepared carefully, but screen colours may vary. An order becomes binding when payment is accepted and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, stock or technical error.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable Belgian VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Mollie; ZOYA COUTURE does not store full card details.
Delivery
We deliver to Belgian addresses during the initial launch. Estimated dates are not guarantees. If delivery is materially delayed, Belgian consumer rights remain fully applicable.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason. Notify ZOYA COUTURE clearly by email, then return the item within the following 14 days. Statutory exceptions remain applicable.
Conformity and defects
The Belgian legal guarantee for consumer goods applies. Report a suspected defect promptly with the order number and supporting photographs so an appropriate remedy can be arranged.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Complaints should first be sent to info@zoyacouture.be so we can seek a practical resolution.
