Dispatch
In-stock orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. You receive a shipping confirmation when the parcel leaves our care.
Belgian delivery
Standard delivery is EUR 4.95 and free from EUR 75. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch with bpost, DPD or PostNL.
14-day return period
You may notify us of a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Contact info@zoyacouture.be with your order number before sending the item back.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original labels. Please take reasonable care when trying on garments. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or valid proof of shipment. Original standard delivery cost is refunded where required by law.
