ZOYA COUTURE is responsible for personal data processed through zoyacouture.com. The current privacy contact and registered business details are displayed in the business information panel on this page.
Data we collect
We process contact and delivery details, order and payment status, customer messages, newsletter preferences, technical security logs and consent choices. Full payment credentials are processed by Mollie and are not stored by ZOYA COUTURE.
Why we use it
Data is used to perform orders, deliver customer care, meet legal and accounting duties, prevent fraud, improve the service and send marketing only where valid consent or another lawful basis applies.
Service providers
Relevant processors may include Google Firebase/Firestore in the EU, Mollie for payments, Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email. Each receives only the data needed for its service.
Retention
Order and invoice records are retained for legally required periods. Support messages are kept only while operationally or legally needed. Unconfirmed marketing records and technical logs are reviewed and removed on a proportionate schedule.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
