Which payment methods are available?
At launch, checkout is handled by Mollie with Bancontact first, plus supported cards and other methods displayed securely during payment.
How do I choose my size?
ZOYA COUTURE follows standard EU sizing: XS 34, S 36, M 38, L 40 and XL 42. If you are between sizes and prefer an easy fit, choose the larger size.
Can I change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can adjust or cancel an order only before it has entered packing or shipment.
How do I track delivery?
When your order ships, we email the carrier and tracking reference. Tracking can take several hours to show its first scan.
How should I care for a dress?
Follow the care label inside the garment. In general, use a gentle low-temperature cycle, avoid tumble drying and store dresses on an appropriate hanger.
What if an item is faulty?
Email photos and your order number to info@zoyacouture.be. We will assess the issue and arrange a lawful repair, replacement or refund.
